Rachel is a fiber artist specializing in felting. She studied Sculpture & works as a freelance artist & educator. She creates whimsical art inspired by nature. Through her business, The Fiber Web, she has spent the past decade spreading her love of art through teaching & selling. Her art includes commissions- pet portraits, wall art, & sculptures. She teaches at a variety of art centers. She also leads programs at libraries, private events, & community centers across New England. Driven by a passion for creativity, She encourages her students to explore/experiment, & enjoy the process of art making. Her goal is to inspire joy & a sense of playfulness through teaching & the art she creates.
