Customers who appreciate my approach to metalsmithing have used the words Classic, Contemporary and Simply Elegant to describe the style of my work. I do find that I tend to prefer designs incorporating strong lines with a minimum of surface embellishments as the best way to create the statement in metal that I am aiming for. Although I have lived and worked as a jeweler in New Hampshire since 1971, I do descend from a line of Kentucky blacksmiths. My people have always worked hard and with integrity in whatever they did.
